Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. We ship to Australia and the United States.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days. During busy periods, it can take a little longer.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at support@groundkeep.com. We can update the address only before your order ships.

Lost or late orders

If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after you placed it, email us. We'll find it or send you a replacement.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency: Australian dollars (AUD) in Australia and US dollars (USD) in the United States. In Australia, GST is included in the price shown at checkout if it applies. In the United States, sales tax is calculated at checkout if it applies. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
